MAXIMAT 7 small metal lathe + mill/drill Geared Heads Made in Austria
 

    FEATURES:

    • Lathe spindle is 1.5" 8 tpi--probably the most comonly availabe toolilng
    • Morse taper #2 vertical head spindle and tail stock.
    • 4 gear speed selections for both lathe and mill head.
    • Lathe head has double speed motor option as well.
    • Accessories include: 
      • new 3-Jaw chuck with inner and outer jaws & key
      • one face plate
      • 1 MT2 mount Jacobs type drill bit chuck
      • steady rest
      • dead center
      • apron compound tool mount (missing adapter)
    • ~250 lbs, 38  by 20 by 24 inches raw  estimated shipping weight and size 350 and 44x36x36 inches

    CONDITION:

Looks very good used and running. The key thing it does not have is a mounting adapter for the compound to the apron.  Also, the steady rest is missing the work contacts and the bottom retainer and bolt. There are no extra gears for threading.  We don't have a manual but they seem readily availible on Ebay. The little stub speed handle is missing from the vertical height hand wheel.  The spider handle for the vertical drill head is missing.

    I have had one just like this in my garage for the past 35 years but it does not look nearly as nice as this one.
