DESCRIPTION:

Fuse-Tec 8000 Series Power Supplies NEMA Type BS1H- (also called a "1A" type control) have calibrated time scales from 0 to 99 AC cycles, heat control calibrated from 0 to 99% of maximum. They are used for precision welds over a broad range of applications. Use with air-operated or manual heads and hand tools. Air-operated heads must have built-in cycling and firing controls.

On the Model 3020 standard welding head, maximum stroke is about 1" and pressure can be adjusted from 5-50 lbs. The head can be adjusted up and down on the column to accommodate different applications. Electrode holders can be supplied for 1/8", 3/16" or 1/4" diameter electrodes. Special sizes or tooling can also be supplied, please contact the factory.
