This is an interesting plasma chamber. It is interesting because it is so simple, lots of things can be done with it and it is easy to make modifications. It is basically an item for someone doing research that needs parallel plate plasma. It is relatively large diameter as these things go. Construction is aluminum which is easy to work with although not necessarily the best for cleanliness/purity.
