Looks cosmetically good, but untested. 

We don't know much about latensifiers other than what we've gleaned from examining a few patents, and we didn't locate specific information from Honeywell. We do know that this latensifier is designed to shine UV light on film or paper at two different intensities for positive printing, but without media or lamps we're unable to test the unit. Note that the UV lamps are missing. Also note the very serious machined adjustable mounting bracket.
