This is the sort of trailer you might have seen in the past on an aircraft carrier for hauling ordinance (bombs, rockets and bullets).  Speed is limited to 20 mph so no highway use.  Designed for lots of weight capacity in a small size light weight trailer.

The deck is only about 28" above the ground so you don't have to lift very high.
