Refund Policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

The majority of the items we sell are sold AS-IS, What-you-see-is-what-you-get. Many are sold parts unit, component parts only no return, no refund.

Exceptions include shipment of the wrong item and a significant discrepancy between the listing and the item delivered or items stated or agreed to in advance as returnable.

Items damaged in shipment need to be taken care of through the carrier, not by returning.

In the event that the seller does agree that the buyer may return an item for refund or credit against another item(s), the buyer must first obtain a unique RMA # (Return Material Authorization Number) from the seller. This number must be enclosed within the return packing of the item and clearly marked on the outside of the return package. With out an RMA #, the buyer will not get credit or refund for a returned item.

If the return of an item is agreed to, the buyer will be responsible for packing, shipping and insurance both ways. Packing and shipping is not refundable.

Once an item has been returned, we will inspect it to verify it is in substantially the same condition as when shipped and issue a refund via the method of payment originally made. If the item has been modified or damaged by the buyer, we will not issue a refund.
